Contract and conditions

• If you want to reserve one or more blocks or some stages send us an email at eactivhotels@e-activ-hotels.com with your reservation request
• Eactivhotels SL confirms the reservation and indicates the total price of the reservation.
• You accept the offer and pay a deposit of 15% of the total price through the payment gateway. At the same time you register as a customer (in the case of making the first reservation through the system).
• You will receibe an email:
  • The proforma invoice
  • The list of accommodations and transfers
  • Recommendations for going by public transport to the city of departure of the program and back from the city of arrival.
• At the latest 3 weeksbefore the start of the program you pay the remaining amount through the payment gateway.
• You will receive the following documentation by physical mail to the registered address:
  • Final invoice
  • The maps and tracks of the reserved blocks/stages
  • QR codes to download the Wikiloc and “ClickTranspir” apps
  • Vouchers for hotels and carriers
• We recommend taking out travel insurance (accident, trip cancellation)
• Trip cancellation conditions
  • Up to 4 weeks before travel: free, deposit paid is returned
  • Up to 3 weeks before travel: 15%
  • Up to 2 weeks before travel: 30%
  • Up to 1 week before travel: 50%
  • Up to 3 days before travel: 70%
  • In case of no-show: 90%
